✺ Frequently asked questions ✺

    • All registrations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit

    • Booth pricing will be released in the early fall timeframe.

    • Companies who are not members of Rochester Area Builders pay an annual non-member fee of $350

    • Cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to RAB.

    • All cancellations must be received by December 15, 2025 to receive a 50% refund of the total booth rental fee.

    • No refund will be made for space that is unused during the Show.

  • We have moved all form submissions and tasks to a new platform called Expo Genie! Stay tuned for details.

  • Details are TBD. Stay tuned for more information, or reach out to Meghann at meghann@rochesterareabuilders.com for specific questions.

  • Signs, displays, or banners must be kept within the confines of each booth. The dimensions of multiple booths will be taped off prior to set up. All sides of your booth exposed to the adjacent booth or to the public must be finished by Thursday evening or you will be charged by Majestic Events the cost of having the walls draped.

  • You are required to staff your booth during exhibit hours.

    Subletting of booth space is NOT allowed. The booth will be advertised by the name that is on the contract. Cancellations received after December 15, 2025 will not receive any refund.
